Billing Specialist

Your role as Billing Specialist 

Reporting to Robert Loyers Vincent, Assistant Controller, you will contribute to the billing and invoicing functions of the accounting team while maintaining and increasing the efficiency overall. Rather than being defined onto a single role, this position will allow you to discover and experience multiple facets and processes of the company

What you’ll be doing: 

• Validating data entries and creating invoices for clients, while making sure revenues are accurate and complete

• Coordinating the collection of payments with clients including emailing the invoices and soft collection

• Managing customer’s requests in a timely manner

• Developing processes to automate repetitive tasks and ensure better efficiency of the Finance & Accounting team

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience in a role where being detail oriented and diligent experience is critical to its success

• Ability to communicate detailed information in a pragmatic way with various stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, can work efficiently and demonstrate strong attention to detail

• Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant accounting software

• Good oral and written communication skills (French & English)

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
