Benefit Information:
Pay: $30/hr
Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Essential Functions:
- Create invoices base off the information provided and send invoices to clients on a timely manner.
- Manage various billing cycles and meet all billing deadlines.
- Communicate with the operation team to ensure billing accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts; respond to internal and external clients’ inquiries.
- Keep billing files organized.
- Help with collections when needed.
Qualification
- BS degree in Accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Highly organized
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
