- Aid our Members with their payment and billing related queries
- Provide professional customer support mainly via chat and email
- Work together closely with our Anti-Fraud and User Services departments
- Later you may be expected to handle incoming calls
- Help the team with suggestions about the processes and knowledge base
- High school graduation
- Native Hungarian language is a must
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility when it comes to working hours, as our shifts can be day or night
- Customer service experience considered as a plus
- We're offering a range of 520,000 HUF - 570,000 HUF (gross/month) for this position
