Bilingual Vendor Management Specialist

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our vendors while ensuring optimal service delivery aligned with our organizational values and objectives.

The Bilingual Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. This role requires a thorough understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and another language. The successful candidate will utilize their analytical skills to assess vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of vendors, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with organizational goals and objectives.
• Address any vendor-related issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide bilingual support and assistance to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to vendor performance and management.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related function.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful vendor management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
