We are hiring a Bilingual Technical Business Analyst to support our operations and technology team as well as project support. You will be responsible for automating, integrating, and improving software development and business processes specifically in payments technology. The Bilingual Technical Business Analyst is responsible for solving Level 2 & 3 escalated Payments/ATM support issues from the operations teams. This position will also take on project manager role for technical projects. This is a full-time office position located in New Orleans, LA.
