City Wide Facility Solutions, the nation’s leading management company in the building maintenance industry, is actively seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Administrator for our franchise location in Indianapolis, IN. The IC Recruiter will manage City Wide’s independent contractor program by identifying, screening, credentialing, and onboarding new independent contractors. This person will follow processes and procedures to effectively recruit, on-board, and maintain documentation for janitorial and non-janitorial independent contractors. They will work closely with the operations and accounting team to keep them updated on the roster of eligible and ineligible independent contractors. This position may also be responsible for other office administrative/sales activities.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with IC recruiting activities – online postings, e-mail advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractors candidates.
· Conduct the initial vetting/screening of all prospective Independent Contractors – in office, at career fairs, or remote locations.
· Conduct bi-weekly IC Meetings to give out all necessary information on CW’s IC program to all interested contractors.
· Onboarding at least three (3) new Independent Contractors per month.
· Utilize the City Wide IC Checklist to complete Independent Contractor onboarding by collecting, verifying, and filing all required documentation for Independent Contractors compliance.
· Enter and maintain Independent Contractors’ records in CRM.
· Inform the Operations team of all new independent contractors to ensure they are placed in a timely manner.
· Complete ongoing audits (30, 60, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) of Independent Contractors files to ensure they are up to date and compliant with City Wide requirements.
· Coordinate monthly IC pay day events with the Operations team.
· Assist ICs with any chemical and uniform sales as needed.
· Other job duties as necessary.
Requirements
· High School or equivalent required.
· Previous office experience preferred.
· Ability to independently manage areas of responsibility.
· Microsoft Office proficient.
· Ability to travel as needed throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to demonstrate time management skills.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

Hourly Rate: $22 plus commissions
