We’re looking for Bilingual Contact Centre Agents for a government-adjacent organization in the heart of Ottawa. You’ll support customers over the phone, email, chat, and even video calls, providing guidance and solutions during challenging times.
Position Details
Salary: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for the first month
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary with potential for permanency
Location: West Downtown Ottawa. Easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available)
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients, offering calm and supportive assistance
Answer calls, emails, chats, and video calls
Provide helpful advice and solutions based on company policies
Ensure every customer feels heard and valued
Keep accurate records using CRM tools
Qualifications
Fluent in French and English (this is a must!)
Call center or customer service experience is a big plus
Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
Must be eligible to obtain government security clearance (5 years living in Canada)
