Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Ottawa

You’ll support customers over the phone, email, chat, and even video calls, providing guidance and solutions during challenging times. Position Details
  • Salary: $20.50/hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for the first month
  • Contract Type: Full-time, temporary with potential for permanency
  • Location: West Downtown Ottawa. Easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available)
  • Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, offering calm and supportive assistance
  • Answer calls, emails, chats, and video calls
  • Provide helpful advice and solutions based on company policies
  • Ensure every customer feels heard and valued
  • Keep accurate records using CRM tools
  • Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (this is a must!)
  • Call center or customer service experience is a big plus
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
  • Must be eligible to obtain government security clearance (5 years living in Canada)
