OneTouch Direct is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - French Canadian to join our team in Tampa. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our French Canadian customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Assist with order processing, payments, and returns
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer accounts as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in French Canadian and English
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
