As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residents seeking information and assistance with essential city services. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our vibrant community by ensuring residents receive accurate and timely support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist residents by providing information and resolving inquiries related to non-emergency municipal services.
  • Handle service requests for public works, sanitation, code enforcement, and other essential city services.
  • Accurately log and track service requests to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with city departments to address and resolve community concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and provide excellent customer service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience of in a call center or 2 years customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
