We are looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team! Bilingual in Spanish is required. This position does have the ability to be fully remote. If you are located in Michigan, you will be required to go into the office one day a week.
The ideal Recruiter candidate will:
- Follow an established hiring process and then understand it enough to train other team members on this hiring process
- Conduct multiple interviews with candidates to determine if they are the top candidate for the role as you are hiring for internal positions
- Enjoy being on the phone talking to people most of your day, making over 300 calls a month
- Have the courage to state your position on a hire even if someone doesn’t agree
- Be self sufficient with little to no direction day to day on how to hire or complete your tasks
- Work from home majority of the time - little in person/face to face interaction, all through calls/video calls/remote communication
- Hire quality candidates over quantity while still meeting hiring goals to fill positions

Have a strong understanding of when someone is the best add for our organization
- Understand some administrative work is needed to be successful in this position
Recruiter Position Requirements include:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required, interviews will need to be conducted in Spanish so fluency is needed
- 4+ years of full recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment
- Ability to recruit for, on average, 10-15 open positions at any given time, that need to be filled within 60 business days of being opened
- Ability to make no less than 300 calls per month to candidates who have applied
- Proven experience conducting multiple interviews with a single candidate in a hiring process
- Sense of urgency when working with openings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - full transparency is expected at all times
- As needed, ability to walk, bend, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- Legally able to operate a motor vehicle with a clear driving record
- Only accepting applicants currently living in the United States
Pay Range: Starting at $55,000 per year (based on experience), plus bonus potential (for 2025 performance year)
