- All Work and Activities Related to Etimad Portal / Tender / RFP including RFP Review, Verify RFP Content, Queries Upload, , Special Condition, Terms and Condition, Local Content, Compliance Matrix,
- Follows up internally team and externally with customer.
- QA for the Opportunity, including but not limited to Data Verification from Sheet, Documents, Email, SharePoint, CRM Data and moving opportunities between stages in CRM
- Prepare Costing Sheet according to Etimad BOQ
- Prepare Commercial Proposal and Submit to Etimad
- Customer Communication After Submission, for Results, Reason for Disqualification, Discounts, Meeting & Presentation, Extension of LG and Offer.
Requirements
Degree: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3 to 5 Years Experience
Language: Arabic & English
Skills: MS Word and MS Excel
