About the role

As a Business Insights Content Development Intern, you’ll work within our Curriculum team to review and improve our content library. Your focus will be on enabling improvements to support the translation teams, in order to expand our curriculum further worldwide. 

You will act as a reviewer, thought partner, and, most importantly, an advocate for our learners. This internship is a full-time paid developmental opportunity where you will learn by doing! The position is ideal if you’re interested in online education and would like to learn more about teaching these topics to thousands daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine processes to accelerate course translations.
• Improve and support our library of courses, projects, and competitions. 
• Ensure live courses are up-to-date and of the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong SQL and Data manipulation skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and tools (i.e. GitHub, Markdown, YML).
• Actual teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Experience working with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, KNIME, and/or Excel is a nice to have.
• Very organized and process-oriented.
