Position Description

We are seeking a BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team. This position will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence. You will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights for our company. The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to better understand goals and objectives. This is a hybrid position that will work primarily remote with occasional travel to our Downtown Phoenix office (across from the Footprint Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements and apply statistical methods to data.
• Provide detailed quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting.
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
• Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
• Work with BI developers and data engineers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze tolling and bypass related data in various formats to provide actionable insights for Sales team enablement
• Transform business requirements into impactful BI solutions that deliver value to stakeholders
• Work closely with our Sales and Tolling Operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
• Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, QlikView).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• BSc/BA in a relevant field.

Preferred

• Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with No-SQL databases.
• Experience creating and maintaining ETL pipelines and automation.
• Understanding of data lake architecture and design principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD implementation methodologies.
• Exceptional collaborative abilities, with a talent for navigating fluid environments and embracing change.
