Providing a request fulfilment service for a defined set of services;
Work side by side with the development team and ensure the quality of the code;
Gathering the customer’s information, analysing the symptoms to determine the customer’s issue, and confirming what the customer is trying to accomplish;
Resolving straightforward and simple issues;
Perform user provisioning (create, modify and deactivating) for all systems hosted by the Client;
Investigating more elevated issues using more advanced technical troubleshooting and analysis methods;
Seeking and applying known solutions related to such more complex issues;
Raising issues that cannot be solved by these methods to the expert level support group;
Triaging and routing tickets with business enquiries that are despatched to the business.
Technical Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience as an Application Support / Developer;
Previous experience in any of the following technologies would be an advantage: Java, Weblogic, HTML, XML, SAP, FLEX, Javascript, Documentum, Hibernate, Lucene, ASP, JSTL and BEA, Oracle, SQL, Windows Server;
Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications.
Previous experience using a document management system;
