More about the role
To strengthen our BeNeLux commercial team, we are looking for an experienced healthcare professional with an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’, and ‘hands-on’ mentality to fulfill the role of Account Executive. You will be developing and growing with us; and impacting healthcare world wide!
You will nurture and expand your network in the Belgian and Dutch hospitals and educational institutes as an Account Executive.
You will drive consultative conversations within the Benelux market, strongly collaborating within your team as well as with other teams from Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Content
You will contribute to and develop expansion plans for existing customers
You will set, own and deliver targets

You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospital/health/medical device sector, ideally with a relevant hospital/OR network in the Netherlands and/or Belgium. Bonus points if you have experience as a healthcare manager.
You get excited about innovation in healthcare
Great interpersonal skills and a true team player; collaborating with an international team (a.o. Marketing, Product, Medical, Customer Success, Sales & Customer Support)
Results-oriented with good analytical skills, able to work with CRM systems
Driven to excel in a scale-up environment, self-motivated and resilient
Eagerness to learn and develop rapidly in an inspiring highly energetic team of healthcare entrepreneurs and medical/surgical professionals
Posses a high level of resilience, grit and courage
You are self-motivated and seek out opportunities to add value to our potential customers
You have a creative mind, are flexible and willing to learn new skills
You are a strong communicator and have outstanding Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills
