This role is also responsible for leading integrated communication efforts across the full spectrum of Visa’s LAC region benefit programs, collaborating closely with other program managers and internal and external communication partners. Specific responsibilities include ongoing updates to the on-line benefits portal, annual benefit policy renewals, coordinating on-site events and managing relationships with internal and external communication partners. Specific programs may vary but may include medical plan management, dental plan management, vision plan management, mental health plan management, plan compliance, education assistance, and various programs in support of Visa’s diversity and inclusion strategy.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study
• Five+ years Benefits Program Manager experience in LATAM Region, particularly in policy renewals and negotiation and strategic approach to benefit delivery in the region
• Fluent in English. Portuguese a plus
• Knowledge of benefit funding, budgeting, tracking, analysis, and reconciliation
• Proficiency with TEAMs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with benefits administration systems and Workday
• Strong project management, innovation, and critical thinker with strong analytical as well as problem solving capabilities
• Results oriented, with a high degree of flexibility, attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and perform at optimum levels with can-do flexible positive attitude
