Wellist is seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Directory Curator to oversee the intake, organization, and evaluation of comprehensive benefits information from our clients. This role is key in ensuring that employees have clear and concise access to their full range of benefits, while driving value for the employer through data analysis and optimization of the benefits portfolio.
This executive will transform how clients manage and optimize their benefits portfolio, ensuring that employees get the support they need while helping employers maximize the value of their benefits spend.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Client Collaboration & Information Intake:
Work directly with clients, their brokers, and point solution providers to gather and catalog detailed information on all available employee benefits. This includes every micro resource offered, ensuring a complete understanding of the employer’s benefits portfolio.
-
Resource Itemization & Tagging:
Meticulously identify and catalog every micro resource within point solutions (e.g., cancer support, mental health resources), ensuring that each benefit is tagged appropriately for ease of access and relevance to employee needs.
-
Content Creation & Description Writing:
Write clear, engaging, and concise descriptions for each benefit offering that will be featured in Wellist’s benefits directory. Ensure that all listings are easy to understand, while accurately reflecting the scope and value of each benefit.
-
Final Directory Approval:
Share the curated and described benefits directory with each benefit partner for final signoff, ensuring accuracy and completeness before publication.
-
Evaluation & Optimization:
Analyze engagement data and relevant ROI reports to assess the effectiveness of each benefit. Identify redundancies, overlaps, and areas where an employer’s benefits spend can be optimized. Recommend strategies to increase utilization of high-value benefits (e.g., surgery carve-outs) and eliminate or consolidate redundant offerings to drive cost savings for the employer.
This role is a full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in office), primarily based in Wellist’s Back Bay office in Boston, MA.
