About the Job:

As a Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, you'll play a key role in managing our compensation and benefits programs and ensuring data accuracy in our HR tech stack, including Workday and Shareworks. You'll collaborate with various teams and leverage your analytical skills to deliver valuable insights that support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans aligned with the company's business objectives and talent strategy. Conduct research and analysis on market trends.
  • ​​Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine appropriate compensation and pay bands for employees and new hires.
  • Assist in the execution of the company’s compensation review process (salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives) by coordinating with our HRBPs, analyzing external market data, developing and managing compensation tools, and coordinating closely with the finance team to manage budget.
  • Support periodic pay equity studies.
  • Partner with leadership and HR/Legal/Finance to manage stock & equity programs and grant guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain HR analytics dashboards to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as an HRIS administrator. Regularly analyze HRIS data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution. Update job profiles, compensation bands, benefit plans, and manage open enrollment and compensation process in Workday to ensure data accuracy.
  • Document all modifications and HRIS processes, and drive best-practice processes.

 

About You:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources: This experience should ideally be in a compensation & benefits/HRIS focused role.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs: This includes knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in compensation design.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR decisions: Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is essential.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday: You should be comfortable navigating and administering HR data within an HRIS system.
  • Project management experience: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You will collaborate with various teams across the organization, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and fostering relationships.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement: A keen eye for streamlining processes and a willingness to explore innovative solutions are important.
  • Experience with legal and compliance considerations related to compensation and benefits at a public company is a plus.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,200  to $109,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. [FOR APPLICABLE ROLES ONLY] This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
