Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Coordinate the transportation of luggage
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in proper order
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
- Supervise and mentor the Bell team to ensure efficient and professional service
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bell Captain in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
- Proficient in English
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is required
