Access Services is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Bethlehem, PA region of Lehigh Valley. Our Behavior Analysts have a base salary of $72,000, and we offer additional incentive pay of $80 to $100/hourly for billable hours beyond an 80 hour/4-week cycle. WORK/LIFE BALANCE is important to us! That is why we only require 20 billable hours per week. With our incentive pay rate, our BCBA's have the opportunity to make $72,000 to over $100,000 a year.
Our IBHS team provides therapeutic services to children and youth (up to the age of 21) who are experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral problems. The program serves people in their homes, schools, and communities and is focused on collaborating with families to help children learn positive coping skills. Salary/Bonus/Incentive Pay:
- Base salary: $72,000
- Incentive rate: BCBA's are required to work 80 monthly billable hours. Any billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks), will be paid at the incentive rate of $80-$100 hourly. With this incentive pay, a BCBA who chooses to bill additional hours can make $100,000 or more annually.
Work Locations:
- in person, mobile, and community based in Lehigh County; meeting in homes, schools, daycares, and community locations.
Work/Schedule:
- Approx. 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities of BCBA:
- Ensure that ongoing assessment of the function of behaviors and the application of applied behavior analytic principles to the corresponding interventions occurs within all sessions.
- Utilizing specific and professional expertise in behavior analysis, conduct an assessment of skills deficits and behavioral needs for client receiving ABA services.
- Develop ITP goals and objectives to address targeted behaviors.
- Select and design behavioral interventions of ABA services.
- Utilizing specific and professional expertise in behavior analysis, review, analyze, and interpret data to determine any changes needed to the behavioral interventions, consistently exercising discretion and judgment.
- Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with the guidelines that have been set forth by the BACB and 2020 IBHS regulations.
- Model adherence to the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements as well as address concerns directly and immediately should they arise.
- Utilizing specific and professional expertise in behavior analysis, support skill development/training among behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, and BHTs staff via modeling, or suggested/assigned training modules.
- Emphasize the importance of treatment integrity measures that allow for regular fidelity checks, feedback to caregiver teams regarding efficacy of implementation, and reliability measures among all those staff/caregivers involved.
- Review samples of clinical notes, data, and other supporting documents monthly to provide constructive feedback and/or remediate concerns regarding how sessions are progressing and/or how data collection/documentation is occurring.
- Focus service delivery of all staff on operationally defined target and replacement behaviors and progress monitoring as it relates to planning for discharge from the initial session and carrying through the last day of service.
- Support staff in defining follow up care in the community following discharge as well as model those skills related to coordination of care with other mental health and general health care providers who serve the client’s needs.
- Utilizing specific and professional expertise in behavior analysis, provide behavior analytic services directly to a client/client’s family.
Qualifications of BCBA:
- MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human behavior or relevant social sciences field of study (required)
- Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services (required)
- Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute (required)
- 1+ years of post-Master’s degree experience providing ABA services (required)
- Valid driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance (required)
- No Driver’s License suspensions in the last 48 months
