PlayPlay has launched its first US office in New York City. This new role is focused on the US market.

You will join our sales team, lead the US hunting performances, and help us build the perfect team.

YOUR MISSIONS :
Team Leadership
Actively participate in the recruitment process by interviewing, and onboarding new BDR team members.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDR in the US office to surpass their goals.
Drive the development and execution of outbound prospecting initiatives.

Performance Management
Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual and team performance against KPIs.
Provide regular feedback and collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine the sales process.

Lead Generation
Oversee and contribute to the identification and qualification of new business opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with outbound prospecting efforts.
Represent the company at relevant industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with our Paris HQ to make sure best practices are shared (marketing, sales, and customer success teams).
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

YOU’RE THE PERFECT MATCH IF..
You are a hunter, able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of prospects
You are experienced in B2B Sales in a fast-paced environment
You are result-oriented & strive to surpass team objectives
You have an experience as manager/coach/mentor and know how to help people progress
A self-starter who’s solution-oriented, strategic, and thoughtful about their work
Passionate about working in a scale-up where you can make your mark
