BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is looking for a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing team at our Scottsdale center! 

As an ABA Supervisor, you will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment in clinic and in home. 

In this role, you will provide support and oversite for teammates within your pod and Behavior Interventionists. 

 

  • Be part of a multidisciplinary care model – work collaboratively towards the same goals with pediatric neurologists and pediatricians, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, mental health therapists, and more! 
  • Have autonomy and flexibility with your schedule, weekends not required

What will you do? 

  • Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica’s clinical model, BACB and insurance guidelines 

  • Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod 

  • Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations 

  • Provide monthly supervision to all RBT’s and/or BCATs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences 

  • Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case, and update the team accordingly 

  • Organize and analyze data for progress report writing 

  • Meet with ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours 

 

We’d love to hear from you if: 

  • You possess a master’s degree in a Human Services or related field. 
  • You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs. 
  • You have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.   
     
Your Compensation & Benefits:
  • $2,000 continuing education stipend.
  • Receive competitive compensation, $84,444 to $105,555 depending on experience.
  • Currently offering $10k bonus in first year (4 equal payments of $2,500 paid quarterly) 
  • Have an earning capacity that is not capped by salary, and will be eligible to earn an additional $55 for any extra billable hour above productivity expectations.
