Hypebeans is a communal destination for quality coffee. It currently has 3 cafés worldwide, situated in Hong Kong and Japan.

Responsibilities:
- Daily operation and inventory management of HYPEBEANS.
- Preparing and serving quality coffee, beverages and food to all customers.
- Handle customers’ orders and enquires in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide an excellent customer service to all visitors.
- Maintain smooth operations and cleanliness in the restaurant area.
- Participating in generating revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in a sizable cafe/restaurant is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Polite, presentable, people oriented, good team player, punctual, detail oriented.
- Hard working with an outgoing and positive personality.
- Knowledge and/or interested in coffee is a plus.
- Leadership Experience is preferred.
