- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our smart locker systems
- Work closely with the Field Maintenance Manager and technicians to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues;
- Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
- Bridge with R&D issues and defect priorities to be a part of our product’s continuous improvement process.
- Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server);
- -Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts;
- Ticket Tools;
- English;
