Lynch’s Bakery, Mace, Old Leighlin, Co. Carlow, R93DX62 seek a Full Time Bakery Assistant to work in their Scratch Bakery.
Shifts:
9pm to 5am (Mon to Friday).
Training is available to suitable candidate
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Work with the bakery team to ensure the smooth day to day running of bakery operations
- Decorate and prepare orders for delivery the following morning
- Ability to work to consistently high standards
- HACCP duties
- Food preparation
- Product development
- Merchandise and present the Bakery to the highest standard at all times
