This is an exciting role for a passionate baker to show their skills in a high profile environment.
Ideal candidate will have a passion for breads/Patries and skilled in sourdough production.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the Bakery Department always operates efficiently and effectively, providing our customers with excellent quality products and services..
- Drive sales through KPI reports, financial reports, brand initiatives, customer initiatives and employee knowledge.
- Comply and be familiar with Health and Safety procedures.
- Carry out weekly stock taking procedures.
- Manage stock and place orders for the department.
- Manage waste in the department.
Role requirements:
- Previous food preparation and production experience.
- Creative and Innovative
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to engage with and prioritize customer needs
- Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
- Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
