Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Backoffice Agent (Danish Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the results of BPO vendors to ensure the best customer experience and maintain a stable operational plan. This role involves supporting external functions, tracking current issues and solving problems by analyzing performance results.

As a Backoffice Agent (Danish Speaker), you will:
  • Conduct analysis and market research for new territories;
  • Prepare thorough reports and presentations on new markets/regions, and competitive positioning (product, services, marketing);
  • Identify and onboarding local industry experts as well as managing the delivery of detailed research and scopes of work;
  • Compile detailed business requirement documents, market research presentations, organize and coordinate cross-functional workshops;
  • Support the preparation of business strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Prepare business cases and project budgets (P&L) to assist in strategic decision-making;
  • Be the go-to person for business affairs for every new market launch project;
  • Support Business Development operations (strategic planning, budgeting & resource planning and administration);
  • Undertake any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time;

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in online customer service or BackOffice roles;
  • Product knowledge will be considered an asset;
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills;
  • Active listening skills;
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office, G-Suite;
  • Advanced communication skills;
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (excluding night shifts);
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
