Job Overview:
The Coupang Corner Stone team in application infrastructure organization, takes charge of company-wide transaction data storage and common data service layer to materialize e-commerce data for a low latency reading. The team owns the common data service which is at the core of e-commerce business to connect vertical business data and front-end data consumers. It ingests data from various data storages, processes within minutes in parallel and saves in persistent storage for customer facing front-end to consume.
We are looking for software development engineers with large data processing and data materialization experience. As a Senior Engineer, you are the tech leader in the team taking charge of system design, implementation, service optimization and daily operation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from $132,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $197,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
