Backend Engineer C#/.NET - Amdax Amsterdam

AMDAX is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with at least 5 years of .NET experience. As a Backend Engineer you are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our .NET platform. The platform is used 24/7 by our customers, partners and employees for trading, custody, business intelligence and much more. You are responsible for the maintenance of the platform but also for the development of new features. The tech stack we use is C#/.NET, Web API and Entity Framework. But front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript are also used. You participate in technical design sessions and code reviews to ensure the quality of the software.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the entire development process, from understanding requirements to delivering robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to understand our customers' needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proactively collaborate with the business to propose innovative solutions and contribute to Amdax's technical vision and strategy.
• Identifying technical challenges and proposing and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of our software applications.
• Working in close collaboration with other team members, such as developers, testers and product owners, to deliver a cohesive and high-quality end product.
• Implementing new functionalities and optimizing existing code
• Resolving technical challenges and bugs

• €3,500 - €5,500 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
