What's the role about:

We're looking for a junior PHP Backend Engineer intern to join our team and assist in the development and maintenance of our backend systems. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience working on cutting-edge technologies in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in building and maintaining efficient PHP backend systems
• Collaborating with the team in the development of new features and functionalities
• Conducting thorough testing of applications to ensure high performance and reliability
• Assisting in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production environments
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for backend development and a solid foundation in PHP. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Working knowledge of PHP programming language
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Symfony
• Basic understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JQuery is a plus
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
