🎯 Your role

We are looking for someone to join our diverse and driven team of product-minded engineers who value collaboration, impact, and learning. We are working together across Germany, UK and Spain. You will get to shape the product, tech, and culture of an early-stage Startup, collaborating closely with an experienced and supportive team.

Our back-end stack is written in Go and our front-end is written in Typescript on top of the React framework all running on Google Cloud Platform. If you have not used every single part of our tech stack previously, don’t worry! We encourage engineers who are open to new technologies to apply and we will support your growth and learning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-performance APIs using Go, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to develop our product and solve challenging problems.
• Create simple, scalable solutions to complex technical issues.
• Integrate with both internal and external services.
• Drive technical discussions and consistency through pull requests and team reviews.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from concept to production.
• Continuously learn and improve your skills, contributing to our team culture and best practices.

Your Profile:

• You have commercial experience writing Go, particularly for API development.
• You’ve built and maintained high-performance APIs in a production environment.
• You champion best practices for performance, security, and privacy.
• You have experience integrating with both external and internal services.
• You are eager to learn beyond backend development, exploring areas like data, infrastructure, or frontend.
• You bring a product-driven mindset and focus on delivering real value to customers.
• You communicate effectively in English and German is a plus.
