Today we're looking for a software engineer who will join a LIL team. LIL is the interface layer between Veepee's IT systems and the IT systems of the logistics warehouses (WMS, Return Consol, Stock Animation, Carrier Management), ensuring that the specific features of each do not affect the other. LIL is part of a wider scope that includes the VPN3 and Merchant Procurement products.
VPN3 provides functions to orchestrate and supervise all supply chain flows, in particular, the OMS functions
The mission of Merchant Procurement is to have the right quantity of goods at the proper place, time, and quality and give to the Appro team the tools to manage it
The members of these 3 products share a similar technical base and sometimes common bricks that encourage interaction between their members.
🎯 TASKS
- Develop new and redesign existing features of our products;
- Suggest interfaces and other possible improvements that might be done;
- Keep the code clean and review your team members’ designs if needed;
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of developed applications;
- Respect the production deadlines;
- Review the legacy code in order to avoid production bugs;
- Write technical documentation;
- Is able to do technical presentations to share it with others
👉 MUST HAVE skills
- 5+ years of experience in software development;
- Hands-on experience with C#, .Net Core/5/6/7;
- Proficiency with SQL (Postgresql, SQL Server) and NoSQLdatabases;
- You are familiar with cloud programming tools and willing to extend your knowledge;
- You assure the quality of your code with unit and integration tests;
- You have experience in building Rest APIs (and other web services) and how to build clean and reliable data contracts ;
- You are fluent in English;
- You are an agile follower;
- You are result and product-oriented.
- You like clean but not complex architecture;
- You are familiar with SOLID principles;
- You like sharing your knowledge and experience with others;
- You always have in mind to built efficient but simply maintainable code minimizing CPU/RAM overload
