We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Officer to join our team over a six-month period, with possibility of extension. Main duties and responsibilities
- Process new client applications and opening of accounts.
- Amend and update existing client documents and information
- Ensure compliance with KYC procedures for new and existing clients
- Process of clients deposits and withdrawals
- Monitoring of client transactions, closely collaborating with relevant internal departments particularly with the technical and compliance team and external payment providers.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate and transparent resolution in timely manner.
- Provide assistance to all departments for account opening related tasks
- Prepare and submit information/reports as requested from time to time.
- Support accounting department
- BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- AML and/ or CySEC certificate is an advantage
- Fluent in both Greek and English.
- Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
- Team-player, able to work under pressure, and problem solving skills is a must.
