Position Overview

As a Back Office Employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by handling various administrative tasks, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to advance their career in a professional and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Support various legal activities, adhering to specific deadlines.
  • Compare and verify data against inputs received from databases.
  • Prepare and maintain reports.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative and office tasks (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent planning, time-management, goal-setting, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
