Back Office Coordinator

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Write reports designed to assist Operations and department managers.
  • Work on product releases from the Operations department perspective.
  • Manage Back-End and CRM configurations.
  • Investigate different types of technical issues.
  • Create Admin accounts and manage employee permissions.
  • Prepare specifications for new projects and future development requests.
  • Be involved in specific security projects and provide resolution to escalated cases in terms of Risk.
  • Administrate multiple operational systems.

  • Are tech-savvy and want to develop in a dynamic environment.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have previous experience in a similar role (would be considered an advantage).
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Like solving problems and multitasking.
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office)
