As a Back-End Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the backend infrastructure that powers our AI-driven platform. You will work closely with front-end engineers, AI specialists, and product managers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. This role requires deep expertise in Golang, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based architectures, as well as experience in API development and database optimization.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang and PostgreSQL.
Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end applications and AI-driven features.
Optimize database performance, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
Work closely with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into the backend infrastructure.
Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
Implement cloud-based solutions and microservices architectures using platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Improve system reliability, observability, and error handling.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications and system architecture.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering best practices.
What You Need
3+ years of backend development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing Golang and PostgreSQL projects.
Expertise in designing and optimizing database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.
Experience with cloud services, containerization, and DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable API architectures, including REST and GraphQL.
Understanding of caching mechanisms, message queues, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks such as OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
