Experience in Retail banking domain
- Prior experience in Digital / Mobile delivery is mandatory
- 10+ years of experience as BA / PO, with majority of experience as a PO
- Experience in supporting and / or leading on new product developments across digital channels in Retail banking space
- Prior experience into core banking implementation will be preferred
- Good understanding across the product lifecycle
- Must have strong PO skills with strong understanding of Agile principles
- Have fundamental skillset in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Lead requirements prioritization to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
- Excellent communication skills & strong stakeholder management experience
- Must have experience in working with any global bank

- Relevant experience in retail banking.
- Experience in business transformation, digital transformation.
- Domain Knowledge of retails products CASA, Account Onboarding/ origination.
- Define, prioritize and maintain product backlogs
- Ensure backlog items are well defined and understood by pod teams
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, design and stakeholders
- High Level Requirements and Approval management with Market
- Manage product iterations and releases, actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Product Feature Development and Delivery Reviews
- A good understanding of digital banking trends and customer experience design
- Experience of Mobile Journeys, Online Banking.
- Familiarity with relevant IT tools such as JIRA, Confluence and other product management software
- Abreast of emerging technologies and trends in banking and fintech, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve products
- Timely delivery of functional and secure banking applications, systems and platforms
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing banking processes, channels and services
- Exposure to multi-level Stakeholder management including Technology, Product Owner, Risk & Compliance etc.
- Business Analysis, Requirement gathering, BRD, User Story and Agile Methodologies (for BA profiles only).
