MAKE AN IMPACT

Looking for a M3/M4 resource having Transformation PM experience together with BA skillsets.

GTRF R&C portfolio, As Transformation Manager key responsibilities (on a high level) are as follows for both GDPR/SWIFT,

• Project Governance which includes running SteerCo and Working group meetings. • Stakeholder collaboration (Sponsor, Business, IT, Services). • Engage different sites/regions to ensure efficient communication between Global Business, Central IT, Local IT and local business. • Clarity reporting, Delivery tracking. • RAID management - Identify, track and mitigate key risks, issues and dependencies. • Change Framework compliance. • Change requests submission and approvals. • Monitor and Track financials closely. • Requirements gathering, Gap analysis, scope finalization.

As part of the Point of Sale Financing intiative, the high level line of responsibilities would be on the below,

1. Requirements walkthrough and finalization – As per current scenario, this task would require domain/technical knowledge to collaborate with Business to finalise the functional requirement and architectural changes.
2. Overall project management (inc Governance)
3. UAT support (test cases creation and walkthrough) – This task requires BA support with domain/technical knowledge, to understand and create/walkthrough UAT test cases.
