About the Team:

The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity — an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative team that is charting a bold new path by bringing these same exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees.

This role will be reporting directly to the the Head of B2B, with the opportunity in the future to hire, train and manage sales representatives in your vertical.

You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales, marketing and product team around strategy and execution.

The role:

As a B2B Strategic Partnership Manager at CookUnity, you will play a critical role in driving growth through strategic partnerships and business development. You will focus on creating and managing relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and other key partners to expand CookUnity’s reach and market presence. A highly strategic and results-driven dealmaker, you will work closely with the sales team and cross-functional stakeholders to source, negotiate, and execute partnerships that drive measurable growth in key verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities across various sectors, prioritizing high-impact collaborations that align with CookUnity’s growth goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and other strategic partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership processes, including outreach, business case development, contract negotiations, and implementation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CookUnity’s value proposition and market positioning to effectively communicate potential partner benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations, to align on partnership strategies and execution plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and impact of partnerships, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales, with a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and execute partnerships, including contract negotiations and implementation.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on creating win-win collaborations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have a hunter mindset and a contagious positive personality

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience working with intermediaries, brokers, or other channel partners to drive growth in B2B environments.
  • Background in industries such as food services, wellness, healthcare, or similar, with an understanding of B2B sales cycles and client needs.
  • Familiarity with partnership models, including revenue sharing, co-marketing, and integration partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven business cases and measure partnership success.
  • Experience in start-up or high-growth companies, demonstrating adaptability and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation

  • All final pay rates will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
  • Pay Range for this position: $130,000 - $150,000 OTE per year.
