The Role

As the B2B Sales Manager at Public Group, you will lead and manage the Internal & External Β2Β team, overseeing their day-to-day activities and driving the achievement of sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our corporate clientele, foster key account relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads, motivates, and mentors the B2B Internal & External team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Conducts regular performance reviews, provides constructive feedback, and identifies areas for professional development
  • Develops and implements effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet corporate goals
  • Collaborates with the sales team to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Oversees key account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Works closely with External team to strengthen client relationships through strategic account management
  • Implements and enforces company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines within the B2B sales department
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless product and service delivery to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive results through a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (XLS) for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar system software (ERP)
  • Knowledge of the industry-specific challenges and trends in the B2B sector
  • Previous experience in managing key accounts and strategic partnerships
