The Role 

As a B2B Sales Agent at Public Group, you will play an integral role within our sales team. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on comprehending the unique needs of potential clients, presenting customized solutions, and fostering enduring relationships that drive revenue growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develops and expands our corporate clientele through proactive telephone outreach 
  • Identifies potential customers and provides high standards of service to existing corporate clients  
  • Conducts needs assessments, tailors solutions, and promotes the appropriate product mix that aligns with corporate customer requirements 
  • Implements company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines 
  • Provides support for the administrative operations of the department and actively contributes to achieving corporate goals 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related degree will be considered as a plus 
  • Experience in a sales position (preferably in B2B sales) 
  • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Possess self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals 
  • Foster a strong team spirit and embrace innovative thinking 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (XLS) for data analysis and reporting 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written & oral 
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar system software (ERP) will be considered a plus
