B2B SaaS Tech - Business Finance Manager

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in our India Office. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, this role will impact the team as an integral part of the financial operations and financial accounting side of the business.

This is a new opportunity within our Finance team which will focus on technical accounting, management of our month end process and some finance operational elements. The core element of this role will be to positively influence the quality and delivery of the financial data, and evolution of the financial processes. 

What you'll do

  • Manage our global month-end accounting close process - including, accruals, prepayments, taxation reviews, department P+Ls, balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Aid in the design of our month end process - ensuring we are evolving along with business size
  • Management of at least 1 direct report
  • Involvement in AP/AR - Billing, Expenses, Invoice Approvals etc
  • Working with outsourced external service providers
  • Review and improve current processes in place to ensure the finance-operations are run efficiently.
  • Strong exposure to commercial finance & data analysis
  • Relevant accounting qualifications
  • Experience in an international business, UK, US, MX experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS & GAAP)
  • Hands on experience in a multi entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Audit Experience
  • Advanced excel/sheets skills
  • Experience in improving and /or automating processes. 
  • Minimum 3/4 years experience

Previous experience within the SaaS scope or in a start-up/scale-up environment would be great but not mandatory for the role. We appreciate life experience and focus on finding real passion and potential in candidates!
