About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced copywriter who can bring a varied and balanced skillset to the table. You need to have a creative flair, an affinity for technology, and stone-cold strategic insight, to bring our brand and messaging to life. To achieve that, you will need a fast-learning mindset, a love for language, and the ability to produce compelling writing, driven by deep product and market understanding.
As a vital member of our dynamic marketing team, composed of over 10 dedicated professionals spanning demand generation, product marketing, PR, events, and communications, you will collaborate closely with each division. Your expertise in B2B copywriting will not only enhance our brand's voice but also unify our messaging across all platforms and initiatives. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence and drive our marketing strategies by delivering compelling content that resonates with our diverse business audiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Create compelling and educational content for a variety of marketing collateral, including blogs, long-form content, website, email & paid advertising that engages, inspires, and converts;
- Support developing and implementing content strategy, identify trends and help build a strong brand and marketing voice that is appropriately expressed in all materials;
- Follow and apply product positioning and messaging, informed by user insights, market trends, and product goal;
- Work with product and sales teams to verbalise ideas, iron out concepts, solve creative issues through words, and nail the copy;
- Manage content calendar and publishing, ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms;
- Constantly build industry knowledge through research, events, colleagues, market insights, content trends, etc., to inform the content-creation process.
Our Expectations
- You have 2-3 years of experience writing short and long-form content for B2B audiences and technical decision-makers;
- You understand the importance of storytelling, and you can strike the right balance of copy that’s both informative and compelling;
- You have the ability to translate technical terms and concepts into language that is easy to understand;
- Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers, good analytical, strategic & technical skills;
- You have a track record of producing content that increases engagement and drives leads.
