Position Summary

We are seeking a B2B Relationships Manager to play a key role in supporting our business to business (B2B) relationships. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with strategic partners (Booking.com), identifying opportunities for business growth, resolving customer complaints and identifying trends that can improve performance or processes. The B2B Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in aligning business strategy and ensuring the provider’s resources are utilized efficiently to meet the needs of the business and deliver value. The successful candidate should work closely with other teams (internal as well as external) to boost performance and partner and customer satisfaction. 

It is also essential that a successful  B2B Relationships Manager will lead in alignment with the company’s strategy and values and make sure that information will be spread out to all necessary teams, partnerships & stakeholders.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, First Line |OUT & B2B| and is based in Athens

Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for Booking.com CS related issues within the company.
  • Support on maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
  • Address client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Participate in cross-department or cross-company projects.
  • Identify ad-hoc tech or industry issues & drive resolution.
  • Use performance data in order to define our strategy & optimize our collaboration.
  • Constantly monitor for improvements and  automations related to operating procedures and processes with key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Analyze reports (set up or ad hoc) and provide valuable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role for at least 1 year.
  • Bachelor &/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing & Communications, or any other related field.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with KPIs.
  • Experience in analyzing data & producing reports.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and demonstrate a can-do attitude focusing on producing high quality results within a fast-paced industry.
  • High level of responsibility and integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent working use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word (we use GDrive equivalents).
