About the role 🚀

Bigblue is looking for a B2B Operations Specialist to join the brand-new B2B team to support internal operations team EU-wide.
Bigblue is historically a B2C-centric company and has invested a lot in B2B lately to support our clients’ growth. Bigblue now needs a B2B Operations Specialist to ensure a seamless end-to-end B2B experience to our merchants.
With a clear understanding of Bigblue’s B2B operations, the B2B Operations specialist will support our day-to-day operations and enhance current processes. The role represents a critical function within the Bigblue Operations team to deliver an exceptional B2B experience to our merchants, and to their B2B customers.
Missions ✍️
- Own processes ensuring B2B quality among the operations department
- Ensure compliance guidelines are met (warehouse processes, carriers processes & SLAs)
- Proactively track day-to-day operations to spot inconsistencies before issues occur
- Provide reports of performance and action plans when needed
- Actively participate to process and systems development
- Identify systemic issues and expose opportunities to improve operations
- Recommend and implement methods and processes to enhance quality and ensure best merchant experience
- Track learnings and best practices to contribute to our B2B expertise
- Act as Bigblue’s B2B expert
- Serve as an escalation point for operational B2B-related issues
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to internal teams around B2B
Requirements 🙌
- Rigorous, organized and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
- Not afraid of operational day-to-day
- Ability to work in a team
- Proven analytical & problem-solver thinking and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual FRENCH required
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
