We are looking for a dynamic B2B Field Marketing Manager for the UK and France to join our team. Reporting to the West Europe B2B Marketing Team Lead, this role is crucial in driving and executing our B2B content and lead generation strategies in both regions. This position is key to helping Booksy scale its campaign and lead generation efforts, while also refining our global marketing programs. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with West EU Marketing Team Lead and other functional marketing leaders to achieve local acquisition and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with other B2B Marketing Specialists across regions to share best practices and develop scalable playbooks for our key programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your regions representing local audiences in France and the UK, and helping global teams understand the specific needs of your market. This means understanding the needs of our B2B customers, tracking key local competitors, monitoring industry trends, and surfacing any regional influences.
  • Develop an intimate relationship with local Sales and Operations teams to ensure that we’re all working towards common goals. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing to understand product positioning, clearly map local target segments, and support feature launches that are relevant to your regions. 
  • With the support of creative teams, adapt global advertising campaigns and content to fit local needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work with the SEO team to create a content plan for your local market and deliver the blogs / landing page copy necessary to drive key KPIs.
  • Support local community teams {Events, Influencers, Social Media} in delivering against their key KPIs - brand awareness, engagement, and leads. 
  • Support Performance marketing team in executing local campaigns. This means ensuring they have relevant content, assisting with localization, and helping them understand the effectiveness of campaigns. 
  • Serve as a liaison between global marketing teams and local teams to ensure all parties are aligned on key messages, timelines, and desired outcomes. 
  • Work with your local team on developing communication plans and then coordinate with global teams to execute against them. 
  • Other projects as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Fluent in English and French, with native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Familiarity with the tech or beauty industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time - spending time with the French team in the office or attending events 
  • Experience or interest in working within a global team. 
  • Specific knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Eager to learn and grow in your marketing career.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
