You will own the roadmap and development of CRM lifecycle automation across 9 European markets and be the driving force behind our life-cycle management efforts. Reporting directly to the B2B Growth Marketing Team Lead, the role will be part of the B2B marketing team and responsible for building CRM communications across the B2B Travellers and Admins lifecycle to improve activation, engagement and retention. 


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Own the roadmap and development of CRM lifecycle automation across 9 European markets.
  • Discover, ideate and build automatic communications across the B2B Travellers and Clients lifecycle to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Own the CRM feedback loop for automation, proactively make data-driven decisions on priorities, and enable continuous improvement
  • Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve the effectiveness of automation and refresh best practices constantly
  • Guide and collaborate closely with the customer operations, customer success and local marketing teams to support ongoing initiatives with CRM knowledge and support with CRM-based implementations
  • Own and develop special interest topics and further development projects for the B2B Marketing team, bringing best practices and innovative approaches to campaigns

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • 3-4 years experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, product or a similar field (preferably in an on-demand/platform or software industry)
  • A strong data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing and roadmap development
  • Experience in owning, implementing and managing B2B CRM  (from acquisition to reactivation & retention )
  • Strong project & programme management ability
  • Experience with CRM Platforms (ideally Braze)
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to independently build, support and sustain positive and productive relationships with different functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent English Skills
  • A good understanding of B2B Marketing principles and CRM
  • Experience in being measured with KPIs such as connection rate, and activation rate.
