The Global B2B Marketing team at Wolt is looking for an experienced and creative Content Marketing Lead to manage and grow the team while owning the B2B content marketing strategy and creation. Wolt is a Finnish technology company, best known for our food delivery platform. We’ve grown significantly in the last three years, expanding our operations from just four countries across the Nordics to 26 countries across Europe and Asia today—and we’re just getting started.
Regardless of how fast we grow, we strive for the best in the world in everything we do, from product development to local country operations to developing engaging marketing campaigns across 20+ markets. We are now searching for a B2B Content Marketing Lead to join our B2B Marketing team, where your primary goal will be to take our content marketing and creation to the next level.

As a Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic B2B marketing content strategy, as well as writing hands-on content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Globally own the creation and editing of various content assets for B2B business units and channels as part of the central B2B marketing team.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the global B2B content marketing team while remaining hands-on with projects.

  • Develop and own our B2B content marketing strategy across B2B verticals, aimed at acquisition, retention, engagement, and growth.

  • Own the organic website traffic and lead generation KPIs, as well as B2B social media presence.

  • Develop and maintain content creation guidelines to ensure all content meets brand standards.

  • Establish consistent messaging and terminology across communication channels by collaborating with internal stakeholders.

  • Create content aligned to personas and buyer journeys, including landing pages, case studies, blog posts, ebooks, infographics, white papers, email marketing, decks, one-pagers, newsletters, social media, video scripts, and more.

  • Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize impact.

  • Become an expert in our personas and write content that engages them.

  • Track industry-related trends that impact our ICPs and tailor content to be relevant and impactful.

  • Use data to turn business information and insights into engaging content.

  • Repurpose successful content assets across different marketing channels (website, email, etc.).

  • Manage and collaborate with subcontractors for graphic design and content production, as well as internal teams including marketing, product, PR, sales, and account management.

Qualifications

  • Native or native-level English speaker—an absolute must.

  • Several years of proven experience in writing and editing marketing content in B2B Tech, SaaS, eCommerce, or similar industries.

  • Extremely well-versed in all aspects of B2B content creation: website, blog, social media channels, email content, sales and marketing collateral, ad copy, and creatives.

  • Expertise in social media with a deep understanding of SEO concepts.

  • Shareable portfolio of relevant content created by you.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of what it takes to engage readers with compelling B2B content.

  • Equally experienced in hands-on content writing and devising strategies and tactics to influence various target audiences at different stages of the funnel.

  • Quick learner who can motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Comfortable using data analytics to measure and improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, channel engagement, and more.

  • Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.

  • Additional professional-level languages—a big plus.

  • Experience with organic growth solutions and platforms - a plus.

  • Experience with Conversion rate optimization - a plus.
