What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a new member to help shape our narrative and amplify our brand voice through engaging and informative content. We are a company with a strong and vibrant startup culture and looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive and creative individual.

The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging copy, video, and graphic content that effectively communicates our brand, products, and services to businesses—both enterprises and startups. Your work will align closely with our brand identity. To ensure your success, you’ll be provided with essential resources, including guidelines on our tone of voice (honest, high-quality, and no fluff) and our brand identity (premium and high-quality). You will be tasked with creating copy for various marketing platforms, including the company’s website (aligned with the SEO strategy), email marketing campaigns, blog posts, social media content, and press releases to support the marketing and business development teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing basic video content, such as repurposing webinars and past recordings, podcasts, customer testimonials, and explanatory videos. Part of your role will also involve analysing performance data to refine and optimise content strategies.

Main responsibilities

• Create copy material for numerous platforms: website, social media, reports, PR, sales
• Plan and produce basic video content, such as explainer videos, podcasts, and interviews, to support our marketing and communication efforts
• Use analytical tools to identify opportunities
• Assist with creation of graphics (eg Canva)
• Develop a deep understanding of our product & services
• Stay informed on content creation trends and tools, adapting strategies as needed.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Interact with the sales and marketing teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with the general marketing and sales efforts

Requirements

• Required skills & experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - must be native in English (additional languages bonus).
• Good experience and understanding of content creation platforms for graphics, podcasts and video editing
• Interest in data analytics to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Interest in technology, Web3 and blockchain.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Attention to detail.
• Working from the office 2-3 days a week (Canary Wharf, London).

• Nice to have:
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of various creative content creation tools
• Experience in blockchain technology
