About the Role

Your main responsibility will involve reaching out to our extensive network of valued clients to enhance their experience with AL products and services through our innovative digital marketing campaigns. This role is not just about making calls; it's about forging meaningful connections and driving success.

While you'll be initiating conversations with some clients who may not have had much interaction with Addison Lee, fear not! Our supportive environment and comprehensive training programs will equip you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in this role.

Requirements

Location

This role is based at our head office in Paddington (Mon-Fri 9am – 5:30pm)

4 days in Office 1 day work from home.

Reporting Lines

Sales Manager

Main Accountabilities

This role focuses on voice-initiated client engagement to re-activate lapsed accounts, drive revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and heighten general awareness of Addison Lee products and services.

·       Following up specific digital marketing campaigns by calling and cold-calling where necessary existing clients promoting a range of AL products and services.

·       Persuasively engaging the customer in conversation to explain how AL services will add value and meet their needs for ground transportation services.

·       Accurately respond to client questions about current AL marketing campaigns.

·       Maintain detailed notes on CRM tool to support key performance reporting.

·       Ensure data hygiene in the CRM tool for all clients engaged with.

·       Maintain working knowledge of AL products and keep current on company developments.

·       Engagement with other Addison Lee business units to ensure client satisfaction

·       Generating leads and appointments for the sales team

Requirements

·       Results orientated approach, with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales-based targets.

·       Ability to work through a high volume of daily client calls, with sustained motivation

·       Proactive, with lots of initiative, and the ability to think on your feet.

·       Resilient with a positive attitude.

·       Focused on individual performance and success.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
